Reading Buddies with 3rd & 4th Grade Friends

On Tuesday afternoon the kindergartners read with Mrs. Wirsing's 3rd and 4th graders. This is just the second week that we have met to read with our Reading Buddies.Half of my class went down to Mrs. Wrising's classroom to listen to their buddy read to them while half of Mrs. Wirsing's class came to our classroom to do the same. The kindergartners LOVE this new activity and look forward to seeing their Reading Buddy each Tuesday afternoon. The kindergartners also bring their Guided Reading books with them to show off their reading to their 3rd and 4th grade friend. It doesn't get any better than this!!!!!
