Monday Morning Maple Sugaring Trip...Drip, Drip

This morning we took off to Isham's Family Farm to see first hand the process of sap to syrup. The weather did not cooperate, again, but we managed to have fun anyway. Thank you to the chaperone's for keeping the kids as dry as they could as we listened to Michelle Davis explain all about the tubing system that carries sap down to the sugar house. Perhaps the most enjoyable time was eating a donut spread with homemade maple cream.
