"I am thankful for..."

Here are the beautiful paintings the kids worked on this week in school. Everyone finished the sentence "I am thankful for..." with a variety of responses that couldn't include toys and candy. It didn't take them long to come up with some very thoughtful ideas and then they worked carefully on their pictures. They used pencil first to draw their pictures and then went over the pencil with black permanent marker to get ready for painting with watercolors. I sure you will agree with me that they all came out beautifully and the kids are very proud of their work. Enjoy!
