Harold and the Purple Crayon

On Monday, October 18th, the class went on a wonderful adventure to the Flynn Theater in Burlington to watch the amazing performance of Harold and the Purple Crayon. The children were mesmerized by the wonderful story acted out with lights, music and dancers. The hour long production kept everyone either on the edge of their seats with worry or laughing out loud at the characters. In the classroom the children have been having fun working on activities that have something to do with purple. They are writing their own purple adventure in Writer's Workshop that should be completed by next week. Enjoy the slide show of everything purple!!!
